30-Day Easy Returns
At ONYLOOM we want you to be happy with what you ordered. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a simple, fair return process. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
Return Policy Overview
- Return window: 30 days from the day you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Proof of purchase: Your order number or order confirmation email is required.
- Assistance: Our support team will guide you through every step.
Return Costs
- Defective, damaged or incorrect items: No cost to you. If the product arrives faulty, is damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
- Change of mind: If you ordered the wrong item, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want it, the customer pays the return shipping cost. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at contact@onyloom.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Get instructions: We'll reply with a return authorisation, the return address and step-by-step instructions. Please do not send anything back before you receive this.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
- Send it back using the instructions we provide, and keep your tracking number until the refund is processed.

Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. We are unable to refund to a different card or account.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we inspect the item to confirm it meets the return criteria above.
- Refund processing time: After inspection, your refund is processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for Stripe to process the refund, plus an additional 3 to 5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your statement.
- Notification: We'll email you once your refund has been issued.

Warranty
All ONYLOOM lighting comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If anything isn't right, contact us at contact@onyloom.com and we'll make it right. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days from our confirmation notice, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still have not received it, contact us at contact@onyloom.com and we'll follow it up.
Cancellation Period
Need to cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@onyloom.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. After this 24-hour cancellation period, the order may already be processed and shipped.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, items that have been installed, wired or used cannot be returned. Any non-returnable items are clearly marked in the product description. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
