Order Processing & Delivery Times

We offer Standard Free Shipping on all orders within Australia. Shipments are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (AEST). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
  • Order handling time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time we need to verify, prepare and pack your order before it is handed to the carrier.
  • Transit time: 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated total delivery time: 6 to 11 business days from the date of purchase.

Each order is shipped with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress every step of the way.

Please be aware that occasional delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen circumstances, carrier issues, or address inaccuracies. If you experience a delay, kindly contact our customer support team. We are committed to providing updates and assisting you throughout the process.

Order Cancellation and Modification

Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request order modifications or cancellations. If changes are needed, please promptly contact our customer support at contact@onyloom.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request within this timeframe. After the 24-hour period, orders may have already been processed and shipped, making it impossible to make any modifications. ONYLOOM does not take responsibility for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Thank you for your understanding.

Does ONYLOOM Ship Internationally?

Currently, ONYLOOM ships only within Australia. We do not offer international shipping services. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification. If you haven't received one, feel free to contact us at contact@onyloom.com, and we'll provide you with the tracking information. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Tracking Shows Order Was Delivered But Not Received?

If the tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:

  • Check with neighbours or household members in case the package was delivered to them by mistake.
  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email to ensure accuracy.
  • Contact the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery status and request proof of non-delivery.
  • Send us the proof of non-delivery so that we can immediately assist you with your order.
